藻蓝蛋白裂合酶CpeS半胱氨酸的定点突变及功能研究

SITE- DIRECTED MUTATION OF THE CPES OF PHYCOCYANIN AND THE STUDY ON THE FUNCTION

  • 摘要: 藻蓝蛋白B亚基( 简称B-CPC) 中有2个色素结合位点(Cys-84 和Cys-155) 分别以硫醚键与藻蓝胆素( PCB) 连接。通过同源性分析, 发现了一种能催化鱼腥藻PCC7120 中B-CPC84位半胱氨酸残基与PCB 连接的裂合酶基因cpeS,其编号为alr0617。
